Project overview (description and objectives)
JTRADE, LDA, established in 2005, focuses on the creation and development of textile fashion, and the tracking of orders at competitive prices. Thus the company creates and develops in partnership with customers its collections, working with high-end products, since it has machinery with good technology. As their products and services were being well accepted at national level, they decided to market them in the European brand, which faced some difficulties of acceptance mainly due to the great competition in the products and the lack of knowledge of the markets. The entity, owned by a nationally registered brand, NKD and highlights as its international clients Peter Polo, Globus, Ludwig Beck, Junior Gualtier and Mekdes. JTRADE currently operates mainly in France, Germany, Spain and Switzerland but intends to increase its market share in these countries and enter new markets (Netherlands, United States, Belgium and United Kingdom) as it still has production capacity for higher sales. , thus becoming more competitive and increasing your profit margin.
JTRADE intends to move towards diversification since, besides allowing entry into new export markets and covering more sectors of activity, new services will also be available through the development of new collections in the introduction of new processes. , participation in international fairs as well as the ability to extend the range of services.
Given his vision, weaknesses, strengths, threats and opportunities, the promoter has set the following objectives:
- Marketing your brand in at least 4 other countries;
- Creation and marketing of 50 pieces per collection;
- Increase turnover by € 1,000,000;
- Implementation of digital economy, in a strategic market to represent 15% of turnover;
- Improved business structure with reduced production costs and better trained staff.

- Bet on your brand, developing cutting-edge and top quality models to enter very competitive markets;
- Encourages the diversification of its customers by participating in an international fair (Bread & Buter Trade Shows, as well as promoting exploration trips;
